The Media and Communications Department is set up to enhance Markaz's image and increasing corporate and product awareness in the region.
In terms of branding, our department bolsters brand awareness by positioning Markaz as a regional leader in the fields of investment banking and asset management. This is done by strategically planning communications campaigns and promoting Markaz’s corporate identity, image and solutions in the MENA region. A media mix of press, TV, outdoor signages, as well as specialized and direct communications channels, are employed to reach the highest penetration of Markaz's target audience against cost effectiveness. The department has also adopted the latest marketing trends such as social media and web 2.0. Additionally, Markaz also sponsors and organizes seminars and forums in the GCC region which provides valuable networking opportunities and allows Markaz to brief international financial experts on the major issues affecting the GCC economic arena.
